We aim to recognise and patronise talented and skilled people, in an increasingly impersonal world. After mostly negative experiences in the corporate world, we aim to change the status quo. Rather than making people learn and do what we want, we wish to give them what they want. We intend to create a truly democratic system that is made for the people, by the people and, of the people as well.

We believe in direct returns to our contributors and fair credit for our participants, so every individual will get more value than what they invest. We’re a service first and a business last, so our professionals’ progress matters more to us than our private profits.

Starting off as a self-funded company, we’re launching with direct to consumer products and services. Our educational courses will be made available as per requirement in educational institutions. Eventually, we plan to have our own e-commerce and online learning platforms for the products and services respectively.

Anyone with a desire to learn and grow is welcome to join us. People of all ages can get in touch, as we’ve resolved to bridge the gaps in the existing system. We don’t believe one’s ability starts at 18 and one’s utility ends at 60. Liberal Arts and Humanities students preferred. Specially and differently abled people will be given priority.
